The United States of America.
From the East coast to the West coast, New York and Los Angeles so far.
Venice Beach, Los Angeles.
April, 2012
This was taken after we'd rented (cheaply I might add) the colourful bikes that you can find on any corner of Venice Beach Recreation Centre. And we past the crazy street performer, Medical Marijuana stores and the Bodybuilders, up the coast to the Pacific Park, where we ate candy floss and took a ride on the rollercoaster. It was a great day and if you're ever in L.A. it's a must do.
Coney Island, New York
September, 2011
Coney Island was a great day out! Although it was a pretty cold day, we wandered the beaches and paddled in the sea. There where lots of cute little cafes and the broad walk was a beautiful and fun walk.
Manhattan, New York City
September, 2011
Wandering the streets around Lower Manhattan we came across this huge reflective sculpture. It was situated just off Wall Street a great place to find a rich husband! Or just too see some of the amazing building that house the offices that run the financial market. Wall Street is a calm and quiet place quite contradictory to the hustle and bustle you'll find inside the building, but actually a rather nice retreat from the mayhem of Midtown.
Union Square, New York City
September, 2011
Union Square another iconic place in New York. The food market that appears on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays is a must do, if not just for the free tasters. And The Coffee Shop is a great place for a really good meal or just a fun drink!
